Default Has Anyone Bought the New Orbitrek Platinum?

I had the first Orbitrek a while ago but sold it when I was trying to make room for other exercise equipment but now I'm missing it. I see the new Orbitrek Platinum model on infomercials almost every day and I'm so tempted to get one. I was hoping that someone might have this model and could tell me how they like/dislike it and if it's worth the money. I hate to make a big purchase like this and then be disappointed. Also can this bought locally like at a sports store or can you only get it online. If I can avoid huge shipping costs I sure would rather pick it up locally. Thanks for your help.

Rose,
I don't have one but have you checked the sites online to see if the stores carry them? Or maybe ebay??

Sorry I couldn't be of much help but let me know what you find out

It sounds like a good piece!

Thanks Penny. I have this question on a few other boards and still no answer on there either. Maybe it's not a good sign if no one has bought it. It just really temps me to get it everytime I see the infomercial. I just hate to invest so much money and then it falls apart or I don't like it. It definitely is on my Christmas list though. Thanks for replying though. I appreciate knowing that someone is out there thinking the same thing!

Rose, I would just about bet money that I saw one at my local WalMart recently. Maybe you can check there! Returns would be easy if it's not what you want.
