Does anyone know a good way to tone the inner thigh. It some times gets really hot were I live and I hate to wear shorts because I always have the bluge when it come to my upper inner thigh. If i could get that to flatten out I would be so happy! If anyone has any thing to help, let me know!
Well to strengthen/tone the inner thigh muscles there are a few exercises you can do. One is doing a wide stance squat with your feet turned out. If you have an exercise ball, you can also put the ball between your legs and squeeze. Of course it is just fat so it'll hopefully become less as you lose weight.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
