Hi there Mt. Dew sorry I didn't see this post til now! I was using resistance bands daily until my doctor made me stop because I have chest pains ( I have a lung disease) but I can use them again as soon as we figure out why my chest is hurting
Anyway....back on track....I loveeeee the resistance bands and I have seen good results from them. My arms are slimmer and more tone
