well I signed up for it here is how it goes, you get a pedometer (they have one offered I went and bought one at Walmart..there is a thread here that talks about them) then you keep track of your steps with a goal of 10,000 a day and log them into your calendar. A map will keep track of your trek across country ...If I do this alone I will be doing it forever if we get a club going I think we could get across the map sometime this lifetime! Anyone interested? I am two days into the 10,000 it is really kind of fun to challenge yourself ...who is up for it?
