    ok so some of you may already know the answer but i've been wondering for years: why if you lose weight too fast or go on a low cal diet mostof your weight loss is water? i always wondered what water? why water? where water? ????
    even with a degree in biology i still couldn't figure it out
    so today read that for every gram of glycogen stored in your muscles you store 2-3grams of water.
    so there it is! and when you eat again the glycogen and water just get stored again.
    am i right?

    off to watch the soccer game. cheering for portugal or greece? hmmm haven't decided yet.
