I've been going to a Bikram Yoga class for 3 weeks now, and I'm amazed by the results. Before going, I'd been keeping busy and exercising about 3 times a week. I go to work and school...so, my schedule is pretty hectic.
Despite how "busy" i am, I've wedged classes here and there, and am going about 5 times a week...I'm taking polaroids as i go...I'm due to take some this weekend...but i so AMAZED by the results: my clothes fit differently (already), my appetite has changed, I have more energy, my stress level is WAY down..
Anyway, I'm not one to post...i only check this site every so often...but i'm amazed that more people aren't talking about it. could be that the bikram method works for me, and is not necessarily for everyone...
