Have you thought about adding some weight training to your exercise program, weights paired with jogging would give you some absolutely wonderful results!! I have a thread here in the exercise forums, that lists the benefits of weight training!! I've only just added weight training to my program on May 1st and I can see definate results already!! definition in my calves and my arms are looking much slimmer!! if you would like an exercise buddy I'm here for you!! I don't jog but I do walk aerobics and then weight training with resistance bands. I look forward to hearing from you!
