I always found exercise a real chore. I'm a student and for the last couple of terms I've started out doing exercise and then it's tailed off by about the second week of term! However I'm chuffed that I've actually managed to keep up doing some for close to 6 weeks and I've managed to do some every dya in the past 10 days.
What I really wanted to say was that to anyone who can't get into doing exercise and dreads it that it does get a lot easier and now I actually look forward to working out.
PS I do tae bo and a UK dvd called Kate's cardio combat which is a similar kind of thing.
