I just started attending a gym two weeks ago and I go with no exercise plan in mind. I'm not worried about the cardio part as much as I am about properly exercising my arms and abs. I basically just sit on the machine and pick a number from my head to do. I'm obviously not going to get the most of the workout by doing that, so if anyone can suggest a workout plan for arms and abs, I'd appreciate it. I'd like to start out with a relatively low # of reps with my arms just b/c they're pretty weak. I have pretty good ab muscles (unseen due to all the fat
) so bring on the higher reps.
