Default After WATP?

I have been doing Leslie Sansone's WATP tapes for about 6 months I have various - blue balls, weight belt and stretchy thing. I like the workouts, but my results have plateau'd. I am ready to move to something more challenging from a cardio perspective but not more complicated. I have 2 left feet, and am not real "dancy". Due to a previous injury I am leery of step aerobics. What tapes do you suggest I try next? I also do Curves 3x a week and try to walk at least 3 miles a day. Thanks

You could try incorporating some intervals of jogging into your daily walks if your injury allows. I don't do any tapes, but I really enjoy running and what it does for my health.

If you want to continue with videos, try the instructor Charlene Prickett. She's a little more intense than Leslie, but her workouts are very easy to follow.

You can see previews of the workouts at collagevideo.com

enjoy,
