Default Help - Gazelle keeps moving across floor!!

Hi. I love my gazelle, but I have laminate flooring/linoleum throughout my house, and whenever I work out, my gazelle moves across the floor so I have to keep stopping, and re-positioning it!! Does anyone have any tips on how to keep exercise equipment in place while working out on it? Thanks.

What about buying that rubber type rug thing that you put under a rug to keep it from slipping?

Cool

Hi everyone

Has anyone had any results with their gazelles. I just purchased one from a friend and I am hoping to get great results. I am going to start on Monday May 4th 2004.

Thumbs up

I have only used the gazelle for a few days now. The first day I thought I was not getting a workout at all, I only did 20 minutes and decided to do 30 on Tuesday. When I got up Tuesday morning my legs ant thighs were killing me. I could not believe that they got that much of a wokout. I do believe that the Gazelle is going to do a good job of getting me in shape.

Good luck to you

I bought a gazelle a few months back and ended up returning it because I didn't see or feel any results (after using it for about 2 weeks). I hope the rest of you do better than I did. Mine also moved across the floor so I put mats under it. I had no problems have that. G'luck.

I got the net mat for rugs. It didn't work. I put my husband two 35 pound weights at the end and it works just great. I have always been heavier on the hips and thighs and this working on that area. I have lost 12 pounds and 3 inches in my hips.
