Hi everyone! I'm new here, I just joined WW this week.
I'm trying to move as much as possible, to burn as many extra calories each day as I possibly can. What I'd like to find is a good website chart of how many calories I'm burning, at various activities beyond just walking and lifting weights! I think it will help to motivate me to know that I'm burning calories while cleaning, grocery shopping, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
