Somewhere on this list/forum/board I saw someone who has an AB Scissor machine. I am interested to know if it gives the results it promises...of course, I know you have to "use" it for it to work! ha! Just wanted some input before I purchase yet another exercise machine. I have a treadmill, boring, and a health rider.
