Default Picture of fat vs. muscle

there was a posting of a picture of fat and muscle that complared the 2 but I can't find it. Thanks for any help.

I agree it certainly is a motivator! Every time I think of this blob of fat, on my tummy and waist especially, I can see that picture in my mind!!

i looked at the gross fat and it makes you want to loose some of that ugly fat, dont give up out there we can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yuckies, this is sure a motivaton factor!

And I think it also gives much more sense to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, with this we can "see" it with our own eyes.

I so want my body to have these 5 pounds of muscle here and there, without the 5 pounds of unnecessary fat, that is
