Default 12.5 minutes!!!!

OK. second round with the ETM... on MY terms. manual. and i went 12.5 minutes!!! got my heart rate into the upper 120s [oh, don't say 'tsk tsk tsk'. i'm a 50 year old woman!!!! and THAT'S in the cardio training range for us old fogeys!!!

anyway.. and i went backwards as well!!!!

and this was on top of snowshoeing for 45 minutes this morning, in the 12 degree weather!

and two hours of weights..

and the steam room

and the whirlpool. now you know what's REALLY motivating me!!!!

oh kim, you're so cute!!! 2 years ago.. i couldn't have made it up the stairs to get to the ETM!!!! and climb on it??? HAHHAHAHAHHAH!!

yes.. quite a difference, and i'm REALLY enjoying having my life back....

as for 'inspiring and amazing' well, kim, you're giving me WAAAYYY too much credit. i'm still too 'stunned and amazed' by all of this!
