what has excersise ever done for me
k i started excersising at 322lb nealry 2 years ago and the second pic is me taken yesterday in teh same sweatshirt which i use for work hence its really disghustingly dirty

thai boxing was the biggest lots of skipping (jump rope) running and cycling now i swim as often as possible and also started playing rugby again
