This would probably be a better thread for this! I got a body ball today at KMart for 8.99 and thought it was a good deal. It is for the medium one (66 in) I am looking for different exercises to do with it. I have seen people do sit ups, squats against the wall, push ups and roll aways, but looking for other ideas too. Any ideas?
