Lateral Thigh Machine
 

Has anybody seen this informercial and tried this thing? I would like real world experience! Thanks, Candy

Did you get the lateral thigh machine? I recently saw the infomercial and although I'm rarely gullible when it comes to this kind of stuff, this machine did have me intrigued.

I am also curious if I would be able to sneak it into my work and do a quick workout on my break. I wonder how heavy/bulky it is.

Lots of money for little felxibility of use or effectiveness - even if they are free I wouldn't advise one!

There are lots of other seated and hidden workouts you can do at your desk without a machine.

One last thing, this machine can put a lot of strain on you hips and lower back. If you posture and technique isn't right not only does it not do much good but it can actually hurt you!
