Default I Did It!

It has taken me forever to actually get to do it...Actually got to the GYM last night. I did 25 mins on the elleptical trainer, and 3 nautilus machines. Today I am going to go to work out during lunch on bike for 1/2 hour then for 45 mins when I get home is that too much for one day?

Well today is Day three .. ..Tues I did 1/2 hrs on Ellipitcal Trainer, Yesturday did another 1/2 hr along with Denise Austins Totall Firm 40 mins body sculpting. I had a hard time doing some of the excersises but I just kept telling myself that has time goes by I will get stronger. I got on the scale this AM and LOST 3 LBS!!!!!!!!! How is that possible in 3 days?? I am eating, and drinking my water is this normal????????????
