Needless to say the weekend got away from me. I got a job offer that requires a move about 9 hours away. So a huge life changing decision for my husband and I which unfortunately is a much harder thing for him to do that me. His family is here, and he likes his job. Me...not liking my job and my family is already a two day drive away. Its asking a lot of him and he is willing to try it so now for everything to turn upside down...Selling the house.....finding him a job....finding me a place to stay until he finds a job (sounds like the camper is the cheapest! LOL), and then not knowing how long we will be apart. Craziness! Absolutely the most stressed out I have been, EVER. I am leaving my comfort zone and everything I've known since I started out in the adult working world and dragging my poor husband with me. Maybe I'm crazy but I guess I don't want to live with the regret of not trying it and he feels the same for me. I am so lucky he's supportive. Anyways yes I have wasn't very good at keeping track of calories this past weekend nor working out. So I'll fast forward to where I did keep track.

8/5/17--------a very bad day...probably close to 3000 but I couldn't say for sure.

8/6/17

Weight: I didn't want to know after the night before of a LOT of wine and food......

Exercise: none (painting house again)

Total Calories: 2120 give or take...had tamales so who knows! plus my Monday at work since it's a Midnight shift I am awake longer...and end up having a higher calorie count.

8/7/17

Weight: 165

Exercise: none

Total Calories: 1255

It's understandable. Maybe make yourself a deal to go for a walk when you feel super stressed rather than eat. Or pray. Or knit. Something that you find that calms you down. I like to walk my dogs, or walk and pray the Rosary. Those things help me de-stress.

Thanks Dee! I get caught up in my guilty pleasure (booze) and then if I drink too much I end up binging......Although I like to make excuses to slack when I am stressed too!
