Pole Fitness
Hey everyone! I recently got a membership to my local pole fitness studio which offers a variety of classes every day focusing on pole tricks, cardio, conditioning, stretching, etc. I have fallen in love with this hobby, but let's face it - I'm down to shred some weight. I've read success stories of plus size women taking up pole and losing a ton of weight - and please believe me when I say weightloss is an added bonus, I get so much more out of these classes than just weightloss. But I can't wear my Apple Watch or a Fitbit while on the pole because it affects my grip and gets stuck on the pole which isn't conducive to spinning! Any other ladies out there who have found a way to track calories burned? I usually fasten my Apple Watch to my tank top and sports bra strap to at least get the steps, but I really want to be able to track heart rate too so I get a more accurate calorie burn count. Ideas?
