Hi gals. Yesterday's steps were 8,824.

Today I wore my fitbit around my ankle/calf. I tucked it into an old stretched out hair scrunchie, wristband and all. It was comfortable & doesn't show under my dress slacks. I was dropped off and picked up from the train station today, so fewer steps. But I'm going to do an exercise video in a bit, so I'll get more movement.

Bye for now. Have a good evening.

Hi Everyone

Laura That's actually a great idea to wear the fitbit around the ankle. I'm going to try that tomorrow. Today's steps are 9,561 I was moving today lol. Now time for bed. Have a great night everyone!

Trina, awesome job on the steps today! Keep up the good work.

I received a Fitbit message tonight from Dee saying she fell 2 days ago during the night twisting her wrist & hurting her back. Said she'd be back ASAP.

Poor Dee. Hope she's feeling better soon.

Friday's steps were 8,963. Unless I get out at lunch for a walk, I wont get up to 10,000 steps on my work commuting alone.

Trina, how do you get your steps?

Yesterday's steps were 9,819. So close to 10k! Maybe I should have paced around a bit last night, lol.

Trina - Did you boost your steps on the stairs yesterday?

Dee - How are you feeling?

Good Sunday Morning

A cloudy day here so far, but it's going to be close to 50 degrees so hopefully the will come out.

Laura705 I decided to walk in place lol. Of course I was in front of the tv the whole time lol. I ended up with 7,891. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I didn't take my vitamins yesterday and I was dragging, so today, I will make sure to take them.

Have a great day!

Evening all. Yesterday's steps were 10,285. I dunno how I ended up with that number of steps except that I went to Walmart and Aldi in the morning and did a dog walk later on in the day. I also did some baking and laundry and I guess the steps around the house do add up.

Tonight's Pilates class. I'm not enthused, but I just have to tell myself it's just 55 minutes...
--
Trina - I take a multi-vitamin daily, but I can't say I notice a difference when I don't take it. I don't know - I generally get through my days with enough energy to do what I need to do. I think my being unenthused about Pilates is less about lack of energy and more about preferring to ease into the workweek, lol. Are your steps part of your daily routine or do you go for walks as a part of a formal exercise program?

Have a good evening.

Good Evening Everyone

Yesterday's steps were 8,913 And today's is 8,022. I'm done for today lol.

Laura705 My vitamins are with iron because I am severely anemic. So, I can definitely tell the difference when I miss one lol. I workout every morning on my elliptical or skier and I also weight train. My steps are a part of my daily routine and not my exercise regime.

Have a great night

Morning all.

Yesterday's steps were 9,184. I would have hit 10k if I hadn't needed a ride to the train yesterday morning. And today I also got a ride because I was running late. Today I lost time because I used up some leftover egg yolks by scrambling them for the dog. I have to get my act together in the morning!

Trina - I wish I could get myself to be a morning exerciser, but as you can tell from my statement above, I can barely get myself ready for work in the mornings. I have to give that a try again. I'm sure it's great to know you've got your exercise done for the day!

Dee, Ceejay - Come on back to visit!

Good Morning Laura,

I have always been a morning person. I use to get up and walk my dog at 5 am every morning, but she died last year. Since then, I've still gotten up early to workout. If I don't do it in the mornings, it won't get done lol. I have no motivation in the evenings. I just want to sit and relax.

I hope that Dee is doing ok? Well have a great Laura. I will check in later.

Dee, Ceejay

Yesterday's steps were 9,786.

Wow, Trina, that's an early wakeup time. But it's so great you get the workouts out of the way first thing. You're right - too many things come up in the evening, or I just want to relax. That's why exercise classes are good for me - a fixed time & day, and I'm paying for them! I try to do workouts at home after work sometimes and it's just too easy to let it slide.

Have a good day!

Hi Everyone

Didn't get a chance to check in last night with my steps. They were 9,729. My steps today were 14,580 That might be a new record for me lol

I had such a busy day today. I was busy from sun up to sun down.

Laura I love exercise classes, except in the winter lol. I just don't like going to many places in the winter. Work, grocery store and home. But we have to do what works for us, so great job.

Have a great evening! Dee
