Dee – Florida sounds good right about now, even though I heard it’s also having cool weather. When do you plan to go?

Well, everybody’s getting steps in. With the cold weather, it can be easy to be sedentary. Let’s keep going!

Yesterday, my steps were 7,827 with 26 active minutes. I did go up and down the stairs at home a few times because I did a load of laundry last night.

I’m short on sleep today. As expected, I’m dragging a bit now that it’s late afternoon. I kind of want to get to the library for a book to read, but I also want to just get home and stay home. I’ll definitely be getting to be early or on time tonight.

Had a pretty good day today. Steps for today were 9,255 I hope everyone had a great day. We got snow this evening which made the commute just horrible.

Two nights in a row I'm asleep on sofa by 9! Headache yesterday and now....I think it's weather-related as I don't have any other symptoms.

Morning everyone. It's Friday, yay!

It was blowing a gale yesterday. Decided to walk home anyway - but boy, did I regret it halfway!

10,950 steps, 1,180 calories in, burned 2076 calories. 41 active minutes. Hoping for an active day today. Will see how horrible the weather is when I stick my nose outside the door.

I, too, have been headachy the past three days....in bed between 9-9:30 (but I get up at 5:30). I'm still losing on average a pound a week, but I can't seem to get motivated to get my steps up. Get here soon Spring!

I almost fell asleep without posting. I don't know why I'm so tired today. I was off today which was nice I'm also off on Monday

I'm sorry for being MIA. I had a bad eye problem with my left eye & it's better now, but my right eye is in pain & tugging frequently during the day for the last 2 weeks so I haven't been online daily. I told the eye doctor & he just said it may stop & heal itself, so I'm praying it does.

Thursday: 8,629 steps, 1,892 calories burned, 1 floor, 22 active minutes.
Friday: 7,192 steps, 1,828 calories burned, 0 floors, 0 active minutes.
Saturday: 7,985 steps, 1,835 calories burned, 0 floors, 0 active minutes.

When I say my morning prayers I'm praying for everyone here to have your headaches stopped & be well & for Laura's healing

Hi Vehuel, you used the word 'gale' about winds, what country do you live in? We've had friends from all over the world & it's nice to know them

I've had a pretty busy morning so far. I've prepped my breakfast and lunches for the upcoming week even though I'm off tomorrow. I just want to relax on Monday so I figured I would stick to my normal routine of prep on Sunday's.

Dee I'm glad your left eye is doing better. I hope the right will correct itself soon. Sending prayers your way

PQ Great job with Friday's steps!

Vehuel on your step totals. You are doing great. I wish I could get out and walk but it's just too cold here. Today's high is only 18 and that's not including wind.

miniDoodles I live on the Kent coast in the United Kingdom. It's a bit parky here today but not as low as 18!
