I finally joined a real gym. I have access to a gym at our apartment but it is small and usually crowded.
I don't mind do the cardio exercise around others but when it comes to lifting the weights and using those machines I still feel a little awkward. I guess its because I am still figuring things out and don't have a "routine".
I feel like I lose the most weight when I exercise..never successfully just from diet change. Does anyone have suggestions for putting together workout plans for the strength training aspect?
