Talking Strectching Videos
I have been inactive for a long time (no reason other than pure laziness). I have fibro. My doctor has suggested strectching for 15 minutes twice daily. Does anyone know of a good stretching video? I have looked at Wal-mart w/no luck.. Thanks

I think Richard Simmons has Love To Stretch video. You might try that.

I highly recommend Tamilee Webb Stretch for Beginners DVD.

It has three ten minute stretch segments-one standing, one sitting in a chair and one on the floor.

It also has a thirty minute stretch segment as well.
