What exercise should I include?

  • Hey,
    Right now I'm just trying to eat HEALTHY and exercise. I exercise like in Body For like. But do upper and lower the same day. Which is 5 diff exercises for upper & 4 diff exercises for lower. Each exercises I do reps of 12, 10, 8, & 6. I'm trying to lose weight. Any suggestions on things I should add to my exercise plan?
