Target Heart Rate???
Someone in the know...... Target Heart Rate.... I know what mine is, but no matter the exercise I am doing, I usually end up way above my target. If I slow down, I don't feel like I am being effective. How important is exercising in the target range? Am I hurting/hindering weight loss by going above it? Is it unhealthy? I have tried looking online but can't find an answer that satisfies me.
Current Weight: 200.8
First Mini Goal: 240 - CHECK
Second Mini Goal: 220- CHECK
Third Mini Goal: Onederland 199
1st Major Goal: Weigh 160
Final Goal: Weigh 140ish depending on body fat percentage
Starting Size: 20
Current Size 12/14 depending on brand
Size Goal: 8/10
