What exercises would you suggest for back and stomach?
I have a lot of back and stomach area to work on. I try to use machines that involve moving those muscles, but it's not giving me the best results. TY.
If it's strength, I would keep using the machines but maybe also try some planks and some squats.
If it's looks (aesthetics), then join the club. Stubborn stomach and back fat are hard to shift. To move that, you need to focus on your diet more than exercise. I'm still trying...
You are referring to core strength so besides PILATES which is the most effective way to strengthen core you may want to google "core strength exercises."
