Ok so as I posted before, I've come to learn I love running. Although a bit slow I still like it. I can run approx 38-40 mins non stop at 13-14 min mile. Now that I've completed the app, now what? Because I don't have anyone telling me how to run and for how long etc I feel lost. Should I just keep running? I've read to make one day a longer than norm day and the other days norm times. I am running 5 days a week. I've found a trail that I want to complete with its hills pavement and off road. I'm looking to sign up for a 5 k race next year but until the I want to just run. Is the 10 k app too much. ? Should I start that? Any suggestions please
