I am doing the following forms of exercise, which can change from day to day:
water aerobics (my own version) in the pool at the hotel we have a membership
recumbent bike- I try to do this after every meal I have for at least a half of an hour per meal, if I am home (helps lower blood sugars for us diabetics!)
Walking- either mall walking for a half of an hour or at home
Planet Fitness- once or twice a week, if I can get there
I hope you don't mind me joining. It would be nice to join others who are motivated to do this along with myself, and we can kick each other in the pants when necessary.
Some days, I'm sure I'll need a good swift boot to the petute!
