I am having addiction to do cardio. I currently train myself to run 5K and am on week 3. Well i try to do this 6 days a week. After half a day after workout my body craves to jump on treadmill again and do this interval cardio workout (walking/running patterns). Its like I am craving that adrenaline that comes from working out intensely. Anyone like that too?
August 2015: 110.5 miles waked, 15lbs lost.
