I am having addiction to do cardio. I currently train myself to run 5K and am on week 3. Well i try to do this 6 days a week. After half a day after workout my body craves to jump on treadmill again and do this interval cardio workout (walking/running patterns). Its like I am craving that adrenaline that comes from working out intensely. Anyone like that too?
July 2015: 200lbs ==> 190.8lbs
Aug 2015: 190.8lbs ==> 171.6lbs. 110.5 miles walked
Sept 2015: 171.6 ==>161lbs. 126 miles walked
