Default its addicting! cravings

I am having addiction to do cardio. I currently train myself to run 5K and am on week 3. Well i try to do this 6 days a week. After half a day after workout my body craves to jump on treadmill again and do this interval cardio workout (walking/running patterns). Its like I am craving that adrenaline that comes from working out intensely. Anyone like that too?

Of course, this is how runners become runners! And cyclists become cyclists! And swimmers become swimmers!

I am on my treadmill daily, and I love it -- I love running, love the adrenaline, the sense of accomplishment, the speed -- all of it.

Enjoy it, a craving that is actually good for us -- huzzah!

OMG! Yes The minute I even pull into the parking space to do Zumba my body starts tingling. And if I miss a day I get kinda b*tchy!
