Default Next step after C25K - 5K to 10K anyone?

I may not start this for a few weeks, but I easily run 2 miles a few times each week and can do 5K (not a novice runner anymore), and I want the next "challenge." Anyone have a suggestion for a good 5K to 10K plan? I found one by Hal Higdon, but it is only an 8 week plan and I may have to take it slower than that - 10 or 12 weeks perhaps.

Thanks in advance to anyone who has suggestions!

I started THIS 10K PLAN last week. I think it would work for you based on the distances you are comfortably running. I like that the majority of the scheduled runs are in minutes, rather than miles, so it's more flexible than some other plans I looked at.

Also, come join some other runners who are chatting over in THIS THREAD.

Thanks, Novus. I am collecting it in my folder with the others to check out in a few weeks.
