Ok so I've done week one and struggled isn't the word. So I repeated week one again(only 2 days worth due to very hectic work week) and started week 2 today and I'm really surprised I did it with out stopping or so out of breath like I was dying. Lol. I never thought that I could do this and I know it's too early in the regime but I cannot wait to go out again. And yes I did find a trail that is 13 miles long and F.L.A.T. Which around here is practically a miracle. Ok. Just needed to share cause with the stress at work this week I kinda had a not so good snack a couple of times and wanted to redeem myself. Also had my assessment this week and was given"an A as an exceptional in patient nurse" !! I'm the 1 st A they have given

Mini goal 3: 180lb
Mini goal 4: 165lb
Goal: 150 lb
Mini goal 5: 140lb finally weigh less than hubby
