New to Yoga

I'm looking for a good yoga video. I'm a beginner and wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions.

I found a great yoga series calle Vinyasa Flow by Natural Journeies with instrutor Rainbeau Mars. I HIGHLY recommend this set as it does go at a slower pace, and gives you time to flow into the next pose. She instructs and shpows what to do if you cannot do certain moves. I only have the first tape for beginners, but from the vidoe clips at Collage video, they all are done in this style and pace. Here is the link for these at collage, but I got mine at Ross for $6, so you might want to check there. http://www.collagevideo.com/showvide...itness+workout

I heva some of the yogha tapes with Rodney Yee, but I find they go too quickly and give no modifications. Sarah Ivanhoe is also a great yoga instruictor who give demonstrations and tips if you cannot do certainmoves. She has many tapes out, the latest being Candlelight Yoga and Beyond Basic Yoga For Dummies. I have not done either of these, but have the first YOga for Dummies tape which is very good as well. Hope this helps!
