I've actually had it for about 2 months.
First day we set it up, I did a 30 minute session - loved it so much I did a 15 minute session later that evening. Then I did a 15 minute work out 2 days later, another 15 minutes 2 days after that...then...
A month went by and I did a 30 minute exercise.
I honestly believe this can work for me - if I can get the time to actually do it! Please tell me if you've used one and if it worked for you, at all.
