The best ways to stay motivated (what works for me)
I listen to music that has high bpm (beats per minute), anything remixed or fast paced is great. Studies show music increases endurance by 15%!!
I look at pictures of fitness models or fitness quotes that get me going. I use weheartit, pinterest, instagram, etc and just search for "fitspo" or some fitness relate keyword and bam- a stream of fitness quotes and pictures of fitness models pops up.
Every night I fall asleep to a hypnotherapy recording. The recordings range from "control binge eating, weight loss, a new positive you" etc. It really puts me in the right mindset and I find myself making better choices throughout my day when I listen to hypnotherapy the night prior.
Every morning I write affirmations related to my goals. A few examples are:
"I am so happy and grateful now that I have a tight and toned body"
"I weigh 110 pounds and I feel great"
"I choose to make positive healthy choices for myself"
