Anyone into those?
If yes, which classes are you currently enjoying and have you noticed any results so far?
I started Bodycombat classes about a year ago, and I am in LOVE with them! They are so much fun to do and leave me feeling strong and full of energy. I recently started participating the Grit Strength classes as well and they are challenging, but I've heard a lot of great things about them, so I'm going to try to stick to them and hopefully see some nice results!
Never really managed to go to Bodypump classes regularly, though, lol. But there's a class on Wednesday and I'm planning on going there and hopefully take about 2 classes every week as well
