I was wondering if anyone knew any good exercise apps that I could put on my iPhone? I love the C25K one... and I'm currently looking for some kind of fitness programme for ABSOLUTE beginners for sit ups/crunches and press ups etc. Any recommendations?
Well I've been using the 5K Runner (full version) and in the 'more section', there's recommendations for similar apps situp, pushups etc. I believe they are formatted like the 5K (increasing in intensity every day or couple of days).
They're made by Clearsky Apps. I'm thinking about buying the abs one so I'll test it out and let you know how it goes
