Hi all, I need some advice. I have been doing really well on a low calorie/low carb diet and I am slowly losing a little bit of weight a week by doing that, but now I'm ready for more. I need to pick up my exercise. I am currently walking on an older treadmill that I'm borrowing but it just isn't burning the calories. Does anyone have any suggestions for ellipticals, newer treadmills or even nice workout dvds? I have the Insanity dvds but until I lose more weight I can't get back into them.
