Default Has Regularly Doing Flexibility Exercises--Particularly Yoga--Affected Your Height?

If so, how have they affected your height?

And how often and for how long did you do them?

I haven't experienced this because I haven't do yoga etc long term but in theory it will because you are strengthening the muscles that stabilize your spine so it will compress less. weight loss in general also can affect your height because there is less weight compressing the spine as well.
