What is everyone doing to prepare their arms for the warmer months?
Pretty self-explanatory, I think... Lol!
It's December now, so those of us in the colder climates have about 4-5 months to get our arms looking their best for short sleeve/tank top season.
I am beginning to get good bicep and shoulder definition, but I have so much sagginess on the underside of my arms. I know this will likely never completely go away, but just looking for some tips/tricks that others have tried with some success. I want to feel comfortable showing a little more "arm" when the time comes.
