I keep trying to reply and my phone freaks out!
I have the zombie app too! I'd love some more suggestions for things to make exercise a game.
The app I really love right now does not do that, but it is great. It's the You Are Your Own Gym app, and it is kicking my butt! It's body weight exercises for strength training. I'm working my way through the basic program. Which I'll have to repeat, because I am obviously not starting at the strength level they expect. But I'm getting stronger!
LOL, I am now into the intervals in week 3. Legs = fine. I have strong legs. But the arms kill me! I am so weak in my upper body that it took me more than 24 hours to even feel sore rather than just overwhelmed and confused, and I can tell how little I use those muscles by how few of my normal movements even USE the sore ones. It's weird. Anyway, it's about three dollars and it is visibly working for me.
