I've been doing exercise classes (tabata, strength training, zumba, general cardio interval classes, etc.) for a long time, but one of my gym friends convinced me to try a spin class. I *LOVE* it. I've never pushed myself so hard or sweated so much in any of my other classes. I'm going once per week, and I wanted to ask other spinners - what type of effect has spinning had on your body? An increase in weight loss? Smaller thighs? etc., etc. Just curious!
