I do a barre class at my gym. It's not exactly like Pure Barre, but I've heard people talking and it's close. It's a great workout! It's quick and peppy, and the moves change quickly -- just as you think you can't keep something up, it changes! It's effective for the arms, thighs and derriere, too. I can vouch for that. I really like it!
I also like Zumba, so I think you'd like Barre. I've noticed that some people - the sporty people - don't like Zumba or barre. I think it takes a "dancy" type person... like you and me. Of course, I wouldn't play softball or basketball if my life depended on it, and those sporty types love those!
