I am seriously debating on joining a fitness center near me..and will use the bike and maybe take Zumba classes. I have been debating on this for the longest time and need to buckle up on my path of my shape downsized.
I was successful in the past on a fitness center and I was wandering about an obese woman doing Zumba classes. I always hearing great reviews on many women doing zumba and with my shape size, wondering is I will make the entire zumba session.
Need to do something, I can not do exercise at home, always bothered by my family home duties and when I want to do dancing at home at night, I am tired.
I will check one center this weekend and see how much they charge on a monthly basis. I need to get serious, since my medical doctor always pushes me on diet pills and surgery and I refused on her idea on tackling weight loss. I have no off line friends and struggling day by day.
Am nearly 500 Lbs and need to make some serious lifestyle changes. Do you think a fitness center will help me? ..If I choose food wisely. Thank you for any input on this.
