Default Inexpensive cardio equipment

Does anyone know of inexpensive equipment for cardio work? I have very little space to devote to equipment because I have a toddler on the house but I'm looking for a little walker or stepper for under $100 any ideas?

I bet you can find a small stepper for that price in ebay or other of those sites, if you don´t mind it being used I think it can be even cheaper!

I have a mini-elliptical (similar to a stepper) that I bought off of amazon. It was less than $90 and fits under the couch (although my couch sits relatively high off the floor). Trouble is I don't use it at all! But I don't really need to because I've taken up running and get my cardio in there.

Some really good equipment can be picked up on used equipment sites. I use the site that starts with Craig but others are good too. A lot of times people will practically give away high end equipment that they never use because they want the space back in their houses.

Hi all, it turns out there's a fair amount of these types of inexpensive work out gear on amazon. I've been looking at these, does anyone have one of these?

http://www.amazon.com/ROLL-STEPPER-D...161812&sr=1-63
Really small and builds up balance and works out core, but apparently this crawls around the room as you use it haha.

I'm leaning towards this one because my mother has one just like it and I've used it easily before. It kind of swings back and forth and easy to keep balance on and the foot pads are large.

I'm least likely to get this one but I do like the fact that it has handles for balance but they don't move.

I´ll get the first or second if it was me, I think the third is kind of big and the handles are not very useful!

I looked at something similar to the second and the range of motion wasn't much at all. I don't have long legs (I'm shorter than you ) but it didn't feel like I was doing much of anything. I'd get a much better workout doing "high knees" and jumping rope vs doing one of the steppers.

I think you'd be better off walking in place and mixing it up with side steps, high knees, lunges, etc.

Hello,
When my children were toddlers, they loved to do the exercise dvds with me. I would actually turn down the volume and then put on my own music to go along to them. A really inexpensive exercise piece of equipment is a step ( like you use in the step classes. You can also try craigslist or a thrift store to find one.

Mine is like the 2nd one you posted. Yes, the range of motion is somewhat limited, but you can crank up the intensity and go relatively fast. I can work up a sweat with it.
