Today is Day 17 for me! Got to get in 150 squats. I have to say, I really can tell a difference so far. I actually feel stronger, so they must be working. Not sure yet if there is a visible difference in tone, as I did not do my "day 15 photo" to compare to day 1.
That's okay though, because I will have an "after pic" to compare to the "before pic!"
I'm on day fifteen! I'm not sure how much of a difference I can tell, but I'm getting stronger, so I guess that's something. I'm doing this in conjunction with the crunch challenge and Insanity. I've seen some insane before and after pics for the squat challenge so I'm optimistic that I'll see a change!
This sounds like fun, although it helps to know I can do them in sets. I think I would just topple over if I tried to do more than 25 or 30 in a row. I shall start Day 1 tomorrow!
