Please tell me what you think, or if I should change anything.

My daily work out is:
50 Crunches - 30 Leg lifts - 30 Situps -50 Jumping Jacks - 20 Squats - 30sec wall sit - 30 Knee highs - 20 Butt lifts - weights

jogging on sat-sun

In my opinion, your best bet if you want to do an at home workout is to follow something created by a professional so you're working your entire body.

There are numerous examples. My personal favorite is the Spartacus 2.0 workout. Small investment for weights needed. You can get a very inexpensive set at Walmart for like $20.

Regardless - exericse doesn't burn that many calories. Diet is where the bulk of your fat loss will come from if you don't want to invest hours per day into exercise.

Oh well I have some weights. So I might check that out!

And I see..I really need to crack down on what I eat then.
I really wish there was just a list made on what to eat..I am that type of person that's better at taking direction then doing it. But thank you again!

There are lots of menu plans you can get for free if you do some searching. Even on this forum there are people who post their menu plans you can use as examples.

As for your exercise, I would do what you can. So if you enjoy the routine you have created and can keep that up until August, then for sure do that. But like JohnP said, it's your diet that's going to count most of all.

Also, if you have no injuries you may want to check out Zuzana Light. She has many free videos that use the high intensity interval training technique that could work for you too.

If you get bored with doing the same thing every day there are tons of options on pinterest of different workouts for different days of the week. You can try that for some variety.
