I've had a rough two weeks of not working out, due to a few legit reasons but mostly a lot of excuses! Today I went on a 14 km hike on the frozen Mackenzie river in the Northwest Territories today (it's actually where Ice Road Truckers/Buffalo Air happens!) We made a fire in the snow and had a cook out while sitting on spruce boughs! lol so yes, I ate a zillion hot dogs, but I burned a tonne of calories, killed my leg muscles AND am still under my calorie allotment for the day.
The 30 Day Shred didn't work for me due to an injury, so I'm going to focus on the ellpitical for the next little bit. I am feeling good! (and exhausted!)
