I'm on week 2 of Couch to 10k. Anyone else out there just starting to run?? I am planning on running a 5k Color Run in July. I decided to do the 10k program in hopes that when the time come for a 5k it seems easy. I finished week one with no "major" problems, but week 2 has not been as easy, tomorrow is the last day of it, but I think I'm going to need to repeat this week at least one more time.
Anyway...anyone else out there?? I could use a little encouragement!
Yes! I am trying my hardest to run more. I go on treadmill and I go back and forth from running to walking. I am currently a little sick so I think running is a little tough for me right now but i feel it will be kind of easier when i get 100% healthy! I to wanted to do the couch to 10k or 5k
I'm a beginner runner also and finding that I really enjoy it. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would I'm looking forward to trying a few 5k's this year. Keep at it and you will do awesome!
